Refunds and Cancellations
What happens to your payment if you cancel a project, and how to ask for a refund. If your written proposal says something different, the proposal applies.
If you cancel before work has started
- We refund the advance you paid, less a small handling fee.
- We tell you the exact fee in writing before you confirm the cancellation, so you decide knowing the amount.
- “Started” means we have told you in writing, by email or in your project view, that work has begun, or we have shared a first stage with you.
If you cancel after work has started
We decide this case by case. We look at the work already done, the costs we have already taken on, and what you have already received, and we aim to be fair to both sides. You get our decision, and the reasons for it, in writing.
Monthly services
Hosting, maintenance and social media handling continue month to month until you ask us to stop. Once you tell us, we raise no further invoices. Stopping doesn't cancel invoices already issued; see our Terms.
How to ask for a refund
- Email us at kriwork1603@gmail.com. A written request means there is a clear record for both of us.
- Include your project name or number (it starts with KRW-), the date and UPI reference of your payment, and a line on why.
- We confirm we have received your request and reply to it in writing.
How and when you are paid back
- Approved refunds are paid by UPI or bank transfer, to the account you paid from unless we agree another with you.
- The money reaches you within 14 working days of the refund being approved. We send you the UPI reference when it is paid.
