Delete your account
You can delete your Kriwork client account yourself, any time. This page explains exactly what is erased and what is not.
What happens when you delete
- Your sign-in, name, email, phone, company and country are erased.
- Your project briefs, uploaded files, shared files, notes, messages, chats, call bookings, milestones and testimonials are erased.
- Your notification settings and any newsletter or guide subscription under this email are removed.
- This cannot be undone. If you want to work with us again, you will need to create a new account.
What we keep, and why
If you have paid us, the law (Indian tax and accounting rules) requires us to keep the record of that payment. We keep only the invoice number, amounts, dates and payment reference, with your name, contact details and project details removed. Nothing else is kept. Our private backup copies are replaced on a rolling basis, so remaining copies of erased data disappear from them within about two months.
